Studio Policies

These keep every appointment on time and every set flawless. Booking an appointment means you agree to them.

Arrival and lateness

Arriving 15 minutes or more past your start time cancels the appointment. Every set is booked to the minute, so the slot moves to the next client.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same day cancellations count as a no show.

Guests

The studio is a private, quiet space. Please come alone, with no extra guests or children in the suite.

Clean lashes

Arrive with completely clean lashes: no mascara, strip glue, or eye makeup. If a lash bath is needed first, it is $15 and comes out of your appointment time.

Work by other technicians

Wearing another technician's work? Send a clear photo to @leahlashco before booking a fill so Leah can approve what is underneath.

Biloxi deposits

Biloxi, MS dates are limited, so a $40 deposit holds your appointment. The deposit comes off your total at the appointment and is not refunded for no shows or same day cancellations.

Location privacy

Both studios are private. The exact address is shared only in your booking confirmation.
